I’m a double board-certified physician that after 13 years as a family physician in a thriving primary care clinic, followed my passion to spend 100% of my energy and focus on treating obesity.


I help busy people like you who are worried about your weight and health to discover your personal best plan to both lose weight AND keep it off. We do this in a way so that you can decrease your health risks, have more energy, become more active with your family & friends, and enjoy an improved quality of life.
